On a very uncomfortable work conference call. I should not be on it at all. People are pointing fingers. People are talking about discussions where they did not even consult all peers at same levels. So much anger on this call. Very listen from the hall.

According to my immediate higher-up, the re-org decisions were made by people who were not aware of the maternity leave and plan for coverage. Which is what happens when you keep all your decision making secret.
