So, my Latin America division salesperson is out on maternity leave, and the person who was trained to take over while she is out got transferred to Accounting in the recent layoff/re-org, so some guy I've never heard of is now the point person on these accounts and he knows NOTHING. Argh. Bad enough that now no one in sales speaks Spanish, they don't even know our internal processes.

On a very uncomfortable work conference call. I should not be on it at all. People are pointing fingers. People are talking about discussions where they did not even consult all peers at same levels. So much anger on this call. Very listen from the hall.
