That sounds so good, and was something I was thinking about doing, but I haven't made it to a store to look for turkey legs. ISTR not being able to find them last year.

What I really want is the stuffing, though, so I am also thinking about doing a roll of butterflied turkey breast and stuffing, which apparently cooks up pretty fast in the pressure cooker.

But "order turkey" came up on my to do list today, so I went ahead with that. If I don't roast if for Thanksgiving I'll be happy to have it some other time.

Man, half my department is out sick today. Or "sick", possibly. Fortunately, the only one I'm responsible for backing up is working from home. Weirdly quiet in our neck of the cubicle farm, though.
