The vet reports that TNG came through the surgery ok. But they took x-rays and it revealed that she has severe dysplasia. SIGH. Gotta lay in a supply of fish oil and glucosamine for the old girl.

Glad the surgery went well for TNG. Too bad about the dysplasia, hope the supplements can help - really seemed to do my brother's dog a lot of good when he took them.
I decided to splurge on a gingerbread latte (because it's raining? The justification is not fully thought out) and they had a little sign by the drive through speaker saying they had old-fashioned doughnuts which sounded great so I got one of those, too. Sadly, I don't think my tastebuds are as happy as the rest of my body is displeased. Oh well, now I know.
