I went for a long run in the hills this morning, and cleaned my kitchen and made nummy energy bars (oatmeal & banana & walnut & dried cranberries--next time I'll add an egg, because they didn't hold together very well), and made a bigass kale salad with tuna, avocado, quinoa, and apple. And now I have to clean the kitchen again.
In an hour or so I'm going to get my brows done with my sister. What I should do is go do some pruning. What I will probably do is watch Star Wars Rebels or Brooklyn 9-9.
That sounds nice, Suela! I am on my way to Salt Lake City. Which means I'm not flying my usual airline and have no status and have to sit in the back and hope there's room for my bag. Eek!! Do not like.

I am filing like a mofo because we are moving to our new office on Friday. We have the whole 17th floor of the Variety Building down the block. The whole company will be on one floor. I get to move from this crappy basement room to a office with a wall of windows which look out over L.A. towards the ocean. SO EXCITED.
It's amazing what having a decent view can do for you.

In the drama that is my family life, the oldest child of my parents got busted for shoplifting a bottle of wine. Apparently in between something and something else, he had the leeway to steal another bottle of wine (something about the cops giving him a chance to turn himself in to another police station and posting $60 bail). My poor mother.
