I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I have gotten cursory about that, come to think of it.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Another possibility is that Hulu billing somehow transposed some numbers on input or whatever.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Maybe someone who doesn't want to get caught just places small charges in lots of people's cards. Perhaps I should actually check my cards.

Hil, when I worked at a small town grocery store, we used to save extra inserts from the Sunday Paper for people who couponed. This was 20 plus years ago so I don't know if it works the same now, but the inserts got delivered early in the week and we had to put the paper together on Sundays , and the numbers didn't usually match up. Less moral, but we also sometimes gave away the innards of the papers which didn't sell, because we only had to send back the part with the name of the paper and the date. I imagine the days of a small store selling hundreds of papers is at an end, but there might be a leftover insert or two

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I ate peach cobbler. It was yum.

I haven't done the other things I meant to do yet, but I did get an pretty antique table taken away for repairs I can't do. Plus I watered the flowers and glared at the weeds. I feel like that's pretty good for a lazy Sunday.

Oh, crap, watering plants, I should have done that before it got hot. Maybe after sunset. Although that's getting late for me to be doing stuff with my get up early and run before work plan. Hm.

Still sorting laundry, although I can see an end to it not too far off, I think.

I have started actually washing! Exciting!

Good god I have a fuckload of clothes. But having sorted them all I can say with some certainty that I have a lot of cute stuff to wear. When it's clean.

No more clothes shopping for me for quite some time. I must be stern with myself.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Went and got my hair cut and colored and then to Lowes to by plants for the backyard. Now I'm too hot to plant them. While I was out, the DH did all the laundry--very happy to to deal with that!

Our wings are not tired.

I have been shopping all day. Went to Walmart, GNC, grocery twice, and I know I am forgetting something. I hate shopping!

Anyway, there is a positive to this story. At my grocery store the neighbors and I have complained about the rotten employees for years and today I had 3!! individual employees that were pleasant and chatty and delightful. Seriously I think they must have new management or something.

One young man, maybe a teen, had a long discussion with me about the tea varieties and how he had been sampling them and compared our favorites. Another young man had compliments for my hair color. And the woman who got the ladder and helped me get down ball jars chatted about the bumper crop of yummy mangoes this year. It was such a change for this store.

Pretty sweet, Scrappy.

How nice, Laura! I hope it keeps up.

Tried the serrated-knife-between-two-plates method of slicing grapes. It didn't not work, I guess, but I'll probably stick with my usual method of deciding that whole grapes are fine in the future.
