Florida is not a renter friendly state. The new owner guy seems nice enough and seems willing to pay a price to get us out. It is mostly having to make decisions and do stuff when time and mental energy is at such a premium.

I got super inspired and got my SS together days after they were assigned. Just needed one more thing, which finally came to me yesterday dang it. But will go this week and be kind of on time, yay!
