Hard to tell definitely if the animation is improved; it seems a little better. I hope for later seasons they take a hard look at Spider-Verse, which was reduced frame-rate animation done well.

It took me until the end of the first episode to make the Ray = Inara connection (mostly because I was stuck on the Alien theme so much that Firefly never crossed my mind).

Started watching The Dragon Prince yesterday and I'm about halfway through season 2 already. I'm really enjoying it. I'm trying to wrap my head around how a deaf general would actually work on a medieval-esque battlefield, but I don't care that much because Amaya is awesome.
