Started watching The Dragon Prince yesterday and I'm about halfway through season 2 already. I'm really enjoying it. I'm trying to wrap my head around how a deaf general would actually work on a medieval-esque battlefield, but I don't care that much because Amaya is awesome.
Animation 1: I'm Not Bad, I'm Just Drawn That Way
A thread to discuss television and online animation.
Finished season 2 of The Dragon Prince tonight. Can't wait for Season 3.
My wife sat down next to me partway through S1E7 last night and was instantly hooked even though she had no idea what was going on. She ended up watching the rest of the episodes with me and is planning on going back to watch the ones she missed.
I'm kind of disappointed they seem to be pushing in a Calum/Rayla direction coupled with Claudia appearing to be on a slow slide to the Dark Side (which, admittedly, seems to be following in Viren's footsteps, with the man we see in the flashbacks being a decent person, though less idealistic than King Harrow, who slowly descends into darkness as he keeps finding "clever solutions" to the kingdom's problems.)
Finally watched Volume 6 of RWBY.
So apparently the Schnee Dust Corporation is Remnant's equivalent of the East India Tea Company?
I really hope Adam is dead, though the fall off the cliff worries me that he's not since it's similar to Cinder's "death" last volume. I'm a little annoyed about that retcon, too. Though I really like Neo and it's cool to have her back.
So the "Wicked Witch" has her flying monkeys now.

And crap. A bunch of women are now posting about how they were abused and gaslit working for Aaron Ehasz.
oh, crap!
Ugh. Why does everyone suck?
It's starting to feel like Keanu Reeves is the only creative-type that isn't secretly a terrible person.
