If you follow streaming TV for grown-ups, you can see Sarah Gadon, who (exquisitely) voices Ruby, as Grace in Alias Grace on Netflix and as Sadie in 11.22.63 on Hulu. Like apparently every Canadian actor ever, she is mindbogglingly superb.

Well, Star Wars: Rebels managed to stick the landing. They brought us a satisfying conclusion that didn't step on the toes of the movies.
Also, please, please let the next show be Sabine and Ahsoka traveling the galaxy.
So while I've been home sick, I burned through season 2 of Netflix's Trollhunters. It's fun, rather like Buffy in its basic concept, but with some high-powered voice casting, including Anton Yelchin (RIP), Kelsey Grammar, and Mark Hamill.
Apparently del Toro is building 3 linked series set in the same small town: the other two will involve aliens and wizards. Because why not?
