Xander: I still don't get why we came here to get info about a killer snot monster. Giles: Because it's a killer snot monster from outer space. I did not say that.

College students adapt Pro Bending into a real game. Looks a lot less dumb than Quidditch.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I'm curious how the different colors/elements actually matter (since it's not mentioned in the write-up), unless you allow each player to deflect their own element with their hands.

From the rules:

Benders may catch the opposing teams elements, but only the element that they control. (i.e.: fire can only catch fire, earth can only catch fire, etc)

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Ok. I'm not sure about it yet, but I'm intrigued. Full disclosure, the Faulkner-Hemingway bump probably gave me the biggest laugh of the half hour.

Yeah, Rick and Morty might just be a little too misanthropic for me. I guess Harmon had some issues to work through when he was writing this.

I think I liked the second Rick and Morty better? Not embracing it wholeheartedly yet, but I'll watch again next week.
