Why do you need to blend tofu? What does one do with blended tofu??
Among other things, it makes a good egg substitute for some recipes. 1/4 cup blended tofu = 1 beaten egg.

We use gloves in our house, not only for medical stuff, but for hair dye and making jalapeno poppers. They are the best.

Why blend tofu? In my case to mix with ricotta, lemon juice, olive oil,honey and balsamic vinegar to make a pasta sauce. [plus various spices and veggies] (I exchanged the ricotta that had spoiled for fresh, and since I was not going to use it in the original recipe, this is what I came up with.) Probably will top with a little mozzerella at the end.

Why is my cold medication no longer working? I am worried it means my cold is worse, and that this IS the medication working, it just is working against more cold than before??

Hey, it's been several hours/posts since this, but

The answer is because you're an amazing person with a quiet strength. I'm making hot cocoa in my butter warmer on top of a tea light. I feel like a genius. Of course, it isn't cocoa yet, but conceptually I'm very pleased.
