We use gloves in our house, not only for medical stuff, but for hair dye and making jalapeno poppers. They are the best.

Why blend tofu? In my case to mix with ricotta, lemon juice, olive oil,honey and balsamic vinegar to make a pasta sauce. [plus various spices and veggies] (I exchanged the ricotta that had spoiled for fresh, and since I was not going to use it in the original recipe, this is what I came up with.) Probably will top with a little mozzerella at the end.

Why is my cold medication no longer working? I am worried it means my cold is worse, and that this IS the medication working, it just is working against more cold than before??

Hey, it's been several hours/posts since this, but

One of the reasons I have so much trouble talking about my childhood in therapy is that I start asking myself, "If it really was that bad, then how did I actually get through it all?"

The answer is because you're an amazing person with a quiet strength. People like me are loud and appear to be strong, but you are the kind of person that soldiers through and supports the people that you love. Your quiet smiles make me feel like I've done something good, even if it's just us hanging out in a courtyard in New Orleans checking our phones.

I'm making hot cocoa in my butter warmer on top of a tea light. I feel like a genius. Of course, it isn't cocoa yet, but conceptually I'm very pleased.

Eta: now it's cocoa. And, lo, it is good.

Ah, Grace. Little kids confuse me. They'll just say something and it's not true, but they're not meaning to LIE, they're just...saying not-true stuff. It's fascinating. What's going on in their little developing minds? What was she thinking when she said she cheated, when she didn't?
