I totally choose by location and office hours. I prefer female drs for female things and am now trying to make sure mac has a male GP, other than that, if I do not have a personal rec from someone I just call until I get an appt.
In NYC, I would call my friends who were Drs for recs when I needed specialists for lumps and bumps. That reminds me, I am months late for my squishing. ugh.

Also, I am so tired, I really do not even know. A long detailed epic dream last night, involving me going to grad school in NM and my mom making me go out to find housing over 12 months in advance. Also literally finding a herding cats.
I've had my GP since university, and sometimes I call her by her first name. My dentist and I used to play Reach for the Top (similar to Quiz Bowl) against each other, so I call him Mike.)
Sox: A bit belated, but an unqualified hell yeah to your sister and her team! That was absolutely amazing; one of the comebacks of the century.

Where the hell did LeN mention AHS 3? I went looking for the poster and lost my place here. Anyway, that poster mad me swerve a little in traffic. V. distracting.
Which reminds me--I need to look up when the video billboards (not strictly video, due to very slow frame change--more multiple posters) in my neighbourhood were turned off. I kinda miss them in heavy traffic.
