I am not working this weekend. I hope that is good. But it's the first zero work weekend in months.
The brace against lateral movement is very instructive, but it's awkward and I can't ice through it. But easily most of the quick "random" pain was lateral displacement I couldn't detect.
I spent some time checking this chick out today (I'd just flirted with the cashier upstairs, was on a roll), and to her credit, she stayed in place (on her motorbike in the parking lot, fiddling with her phone) until I closed my car door and made to leave.
She was cute. I don't feel bad.
Chest cold lingers. This is because I am a dirty no good smoker. Gonna have to pick up a few Saturdays at work to make up for my sick days. As my father would imply: "This is all my fault".
On the flipside, the cats have been beside themselves with all the accessible mommy going on. I was looking almost seriously at an apartment that would preclude them going out, and wondering if they'd still have the quality of life they're used to if they were forced to become housecats.
I then think about my own quality of life and if I'd ever sleep again if they were forced to stay indoors 24/7.
Le sigh, those girls need to get sidejobs.
Steph, the bouquet looks GREAT. Love it.
The local news website has an actual headline and article about the fact that "Sweet Caroline" is back in the music rotation at Penn State football games. It was taken out of the rotation a few years ago, for reasons that the university would not discuss, but insisted had nothing to do with the "hands, touching hands, reaching out, touching me, touching you" part.
I was at Home Depot today, too, but I didn't see Jesse (may not have been the same one). Unfortunately I bought the wrong specialty light bulbs, so I'm going to have to bring them back.
I was at the Somerville one literally from 9 to noon, but mostly in the kitchen area....
Happy birthday to Sophia and smonster!
I have gotten a pedicure and am sitting outside the strip mall watching the rain and waiting for AAA.
I hate trying new tv shows, and I rarely try sitcoms. I have not watched a sitcom for years until mac wanted to have something to watch together so we started with Modern Family this last year. I recorded Dads because of the Seth Green, whom I love. eh. Asian jokes and stereotypes, jewish stereotypes, just not enough funny.
I was in somewhere in that window, between 10 and 11! I drifted through the bathroom area wistfully wishing the guy from
Bath Crashers
would show up, then I went and bought the wrong bulbs.

Seriously, Dads was execrable. I am so disappointed in every actor involved. Everyone I've heard of is better than that, and the new people are statistically likely to be too.
