Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

The local news website has an actual headline and article about the fact that "Sweet Caroline" is back in the music rotation at Penn State football games. It was taken out of the rotation a few years ago, for reasons that the university would not discuss, but insisted had nothing to do with the "hands, touching hands, reaching out, touching me, touching you" part.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I was at Home Depot today, too, but I didn't see Jesse (may not have been the same one). Unfortunately I bought the wrong specialty light bulbs, so I'm going to have to bring them back.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I was at the Somerville one literally from 9 to noon, but mostly in the kitchen area....

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Happy birthday to Sophia and smonster!

I have gotten a pedicure and am sitting outside the strip mall watching the rain and waiting for AAA.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I hate trying new tv shows, and I rarely try sitcoms. I have not watched a sitcom for years until mac wanted to have something to watch together so we started with Modern Family this last year. I recorded Dads because of the Seth Green, whom I love. eh. Asian jokes and stereotypes, jewish stereotypes, just not enough funny.

I was in somewhere in that window, between 10 and 11! I drifted through the bathroom area wistfully wishing the guy from Bath Crashers would show up, then I went and bought the wrong bulbs.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Seriously, Dads was execrable. I am so disappointed in every actor involved. Everyone I've heard of is better than that, and the new people are statistically likely to be too.

Oh god, right? If we lived in NYC or LA or Toronto, I am CONVINCED I could have gotten us on HGTV. So much tragedy in a family of superfans!

I'm trying to watch the Richard II from PBS last night, and I don't think it's going to work out, but they just threw down the gauntlet! Like, literally. I enjoy that.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Nice. Hey, I can still record a later showing of that. Mmm, Shakespeare, that's a good thing to taunt me from my DVR.

Unrelatedly, I think I forgot to report that the no sugar cheesecake survived freezing with no textural weirdness. That's right, cream cheese is my bitch, I am no longer doomed to try to eat it up before it spoils.

I hope Dads doesn't make you completely give up on sitcoms, msbelle, they aren't all that bad.
