I thought it was really funny, and the dogs had a great time. Mr. Neighbor was not amused though. He's never had a dog before, and everything needs to be by the book. Literally--he has a three ring binder of instructions.
Coming home to find his dog in the neighbor's yard isn't in it.

Yay Ginger fund! I think/hope my mom figured out how to contribute. She wanted to, I know. She and several friends had been basically doing the same offline for Alicia, who had been their housekeeper for almost 2 decades. She only had health insurance in Mexico, and at her sickest, she couldn't work, but a bunch of her clients banded together and kept paying her as if she was and doing home visits, bringing food she could eat, arranging home services that the US and Mexican healthcare would not.
I told her she raised me right, to be worthy of being in a community like this one.

I worked until 9:30 tonight. Tomorrow we have to be at the karate tournament at 7am (CJ helps with taking tickets and judging in the morning and I am babysitting the dojo kids). I should go to bed, but I can't turn off the A's game. Well, tech wise, I could watch the game from bed, but I'm too hyped up to crawl in bed.

I got to have dinner with Lisah and ChicagoBob tonight! It was delicious and fun and I wish they were in town longer. And meeting ChicagoBob was great, he seems awesome. Good choice, Lisah. ;)
