In unrelated news, a girl at the publisher I'm working with freelance just sent me something, and in her email said, "Here you go, Hun!"
That word does not mean what you think it does, dear.
M does that. I respond with, "Thank you, Cossack!" (It's funny 'cuz it's true....)
Wow, WX. I miss the stors.
Actually, yeah, I am pretty good at that.
See! I can throw more out, if want stuff to pick from.
"Thank you, Cossack!"
Excellent.
Dana, from a couple feet away you could spray the roach with Windex. That always works.
I had kind of reconciled myself to the idea of putting tupperware over it until it started flailing. Now, I'm happily staying upstairs until my husband can come deal with it, because that's what I pay him for.
I think I'm having trouble because my strengths are changing? Like, I am growing as a person, or something.
You're acquiring new skill sets in response to changing responsibilities.
Wow, Jesse and Dana are good at this. I'm gonna hire you two to write my next review for me. I'm all about the outsourcing.
I don't remember when I joined the Board! I know it was after there was a Phoenix Board because I was never on WX. I joined under another pseud, lurked for a while, left, came back, changed my name, and slowly started being active. But I don't recall the timeline. Is there a way to find out? I'd like to be able to integrate B.org properly in the timeline of my life.
I wish you guys could fill in my timesheet. I'm two months behind, and---WHAT THE FUCK IS MY PASSWORD??? This is my third hard drive in that length of time, plus two password resets.
Happy birthday, Lee!
Happy birthday, board!
Tomorrow is the last day I go into the office, and it's only to meet with the HR munchkin to hand in the laptop and badge.
