"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

We Can't Stop is clearly better than the original

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It's a well-written pop song.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I mean, and Miley trying to sound like Rihanna was not the best way to go.

Am ready! With seconds to spare. Phew!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Am ready! With seconds to spare. Phew!

I couldn't have gotten a shower, hair dried, dressed nice, and made it to the venue on time, in an hour and an half, to save my life.

not your mom's socks.

sidecar, yes! Flea those clips are amazing.

Sigh, I want to send a deserving friend the "Jordan Can't Sleep" clip from Real Genius. And yet I hesitate.

Because books.

Ginger, if you're around (and feel like reading this), is this article on Fukushima accurate or alarmist?

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Not Ginger, but I saw that it was Caldicott and did not bother reading. The main economic cost of Fukishima was the amount of land that has had to be evacuated, to which people may not return for some time. (They probably will able to return eventually, but having your home or farm or businesses a no-go zone for ten years is one hell of cost.) In terms of health, the Cesium is alarming cause that accumulates in bones. The other radioactive elements are not fun, but are not as dangerous. The main danger is to the locals. There is a slight increase in radiation worldwide, but most of it gets lost in the noise of other radiation sources. I would worry a little worldwide about the cesium which gets concentrated in fish bones, especially in fish where the bones are commonly eaten. Are anchovies or sardines caught near Japan? Cause I would avoid fish bones from that area. Also fish from that region that are high up the food chain, cause they concentrate radiation and toxins. Though to put it in perspective, the mercury in most fish is more dangerous than that radiation you will get from caught near Japan. There will definitely be an increase in Thyroid cancer in Japan, and probably other cancers as well. And given the number of lies they have been caught in to date, I would worry a bit about what else we don't know.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Shower, hair dried, dressed nice--fifteen minutes.

I recommend no hair to everyone...

Getting to the car? About fifteen minutes too, though.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I have new nail polish for the first time in forever! And polished nails! What was I thinking with the self-denial? That was not a good move. Nails should be pretty.

this is the color btw

Because books.

I can be ready in a half hour for everyday stuff, but for something fancy like a wedding, I usually want more time. Under an hour, though, but I also have short hair.

Burrell, I love that color! I also love the name. I need to paint mine this weekend. I want to do something appropriately fall-like.
