I'm not paying > $450 for *one* chair that won't be usable every day
It's supposed to last forever though, no?
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

I don't need it for forever. Do normal chairs for $80 fall apart in less than five years, especially ones not moved around a lot or exposed to harsh extremes? The one at Cost Market was going to cost $50. One a year for nine years, and I get to vary colours.
There's just nothing I'm going to do to 1 outdoor chair that needs that much money in it, even if every cent is spent on something traceable. It's like buying a bag worth $750 because "it's worth it!" Only if you want/need that much bag.
No, you're right.
Hey, Jesse--I find I either submit something to Good Stuff *or* I reblog it (and then I forget to reblog it when you post it, because it's now familiar and I think I already have). Would it be annoying/useless/dumb work for you if I tagged stuff #goodstuffhappened sometimes? There's nothing else on tumblr under that tag now: [link]
Don't your have any friends with pickup trucks, ita? That's what those friends are for!
I was wishing I was there with my pickup and my cordless screwdriver.
Hmm, what is the anti-inflammation diet, ita? I'm guessing I'd need to cut out too many foods, but I am curious. The candida diet (er, anti-candida that is) has had both short and long term benefits.
I am sitting here feeling all accomplished because I: 1) enrolled the kids in camp for next week, 2) switched my Rx, 3) dealt with AT&T twice (hate them) to set up a repair visit to fix the land line, 4) took care of the mortgage payment, and 5) snuck in some writing. And okay, lots of little tasks done, but honestly I think I'm setting a fairly low bar for adult-like behavior.
Oh and also? Because wine.

That works -- I will track the tag and hope for the best.
ION, fuck. I clogged up my kitchen sink and forgot about it, because it drained down eventually. So now I'm running the dishwasher and the sink fills up and starts overflowing. I imagine the clog is down in the pipe, since I can't feel anything wrong in the disposal, and it's running fine, just not draining. Yet another downside to the CSA! So I've emptied a bunch of water out of the sink, and then what? Actually try to take apart the pipes? That freaks me out. Would baking soda and vinegar even help?
I can't plunge because the drain opening is too big for the plunger to get any purchase.
I'd give baking soda and vinegar a try. Might help, and it's pretty low effort to find out.
