I want to go to Paris in the winter/spring, and need to hire movers, and probably get a bunch of new furniture (and I'm sick of cheap furniture), AND I need to replace a crown for $500. I do not have money for all of these things! But I think I should still do them all. Going back into debt for a little bit is OK, right?

I would prioritize crown, Paris, and try to figure out a way to self-move with cheap hired help (local students for $10 an hour?), and go longer-term on new furniture (or ask my sister the Craigslist Wonder to shop for you. That girl is an antiques cheapskate of magic proportions.)
