Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That was a good one!

Theo, how long do you have to fast for??

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Gonna get to see my dad this weekend. He's going try and close out gram's house, but thinks he has time to visit. Since he's the dude driving 6 hours to Long Island and back, I said I'd drive over Manhattan to meet him (it's also a selfish desire to not have to clean, but also for fresh Long Island pizza). Its crazy, I still know more good places to eat on LI than I do in NJ.

I just hope he doesn't include grams on our meetup. She's his mum and her second son has been a complete dick to her, leading to a whole slew of situations that make me sympathetic to her, but I still hate her guts.

Theo, fasting blows.

I am losing my mind. But my new chromebook is pretty fun.

The 'procedure' is at 9 tomorrow. I'm still waking for the magnesium citrate to take full effect -- I took the first dose between 6 and 7:30 (in stages), and still nothing but a little cramping. Here I figured it would be like an express train through my system.

I have fruit to use up before DragonCon, so I just made myself a white wine spritzer with green grapes and watermelon and lemon fizzy water.

Our wings are not tired.

Wow, no night crew.

May the procedure be less annoying than anticipated, Theo.

I'm late swimming this morning and now the guy across the canal is moving his lawn on a riding mower. It shouldn't take long. But I am ready now! And the noise will take away the calm factor that is a required element.

Yum, shrift. I don't make spritzers often enough.

I envy at home swimming, Laura.

I'm dressed and ready to head to the pool. I was up a bit earlier than anticipated. Now I'm wasting time which means I will most likely, inevitably, be late.

I was awake more or less most of the night. Couldn't get All of the awful stuff down, but I managed most.

Strangely enough, I'm not hungry at all, but I guess the Awful Stuff takes care of that. And I've followed the dietary guidelines, including the fasting, so hopefully that will be good enough.
