The 'procedure' is at 9 tomorrow. I'm still waking for the magnesium citrate to take full effect -- I took the first dose between 6 and 7:30 (in stages), and still nothing but a little cramping. Here I figured it would be like an express train through my system.

I have fruit to use up before DragonCon, so I just made myself a white wine spritzer with green grapes and watermelon and lemon fizzy water.
Wow, no night crew.
May the procedure be less annoying than anticipated, Theo.
I'm late swimming this morning and now the guy across the canal is moving his lawn on a riding mower. It shouldn't take long. But I am ready now! And the noise will take away the calm factor that is a required element.
Yum, shrift. I don't make spritzers often enough.
I envy at home swimming, Laura.
I'm dressed and ready to head to the pool. I was up a bit earlier than anticipated. Now I'm wasting time which means I will most likely, inevitably, be late.

I was awake more or less most of the night. Couldn't get All of the awful stuff down, but I managed most.
Strangely enough, I'm not hungry at all, but I guess the Awful Stuff takes care of that. And I've followed the dietary guidelines, including the fasting, so hopefully that will be good enough.
Hang in there, Theo!
I'm pretty sure most of the Awful Stuff is enough, Theo. I don't think I quite managed it all, either and they got okay pictures of my insides. I hope the actual procedure is easy and you can enjoy food again soon! And sleep, for that matter.
I am in the office! With a cute dress and everything. Mark your calendars.
I'm hoping our IT guy can fix my work laptop. And give me a loaner while he is working on it so I'm not twiddling my thumbs.
Best of luck Theo. May they get fantastic pictures.
Good luck, Theo!
I'll be at work earlier than usual today--one of the reports they're doing is due on Friday and the PM has nobody to help him, so I'm going to spend the next couple of days doing that. In other news, I have the sense that J, my old boss, might ask me to stay on permanently. I'm not sure what I think about that.
I like the people a lot, but the office is small and quiet, and they don't have a broad practice area. And I don't think I'd get paid as much as somewhere else. On the other hand, knowing and trusting management counts for a lot. And I don't think I'd be expected to spend a lot of my time doing marketing.
I guess I could wait and see what happens.
