I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I need to sign the Agreement for my A/C and send it in. I am waffling on the optional 10 year parts warranty. It's another $800. I already get a 2 year warranty. Um thoughts? My dad is not calling me back.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

If $$ is really tight, I wouldn't go for the $800 10-year.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Hello new thread!

I had stuff I was gonna comment on from the old thread, but I forgot.

Oh, wait, I remember. I just borrowed a co-workers jacket on Friday because our meeting room was cold. Made me feel closer to her.

And Walter is mostly pretty obedient but can decide not to be. You can see the wheels turning in his head as he mulls over whether he's gonna sit/stay/whatever I just told him to do or not. Usually he does, because he is, at heart, a Good Boy, but sometimes he just doesn't wanna.

brillig

He probably knows he runs the danger of outraging the hair-trigger Diana worshipers out there who howl in protest when Camilla is mentioned favorably in regards to William and Harry.

I found Diana to be tragic and sad, but never someone to idolize. At least her fate put the nail in the coffin of suitability over compatibility in finding a royal spouse. Not that Fergie was that successful either.

I think this would be good for Good Stuff: [link]

Oz got into my next door neighbours backyard. It's fully fenced and there is no access to it, except through their house and they are away. Two hours of trying to coax Oz to come out of the hole in the fence has left me sunburned, headachy, and sort of bitten. (His teeth grazed my hand in his freakout and broke the skin.)

Also, my sister seems to have no plans to leave tomorrow.

msbelle, I am always suspicious of extended warranties.

Burrell, much -ma to you and your sister.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Yay new thread!

Count me in the not caring about the royal baby.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

msbelle, I am always suspicious of extended warranties

Get the Apple one. Other than that, I usually don't. But I've never had A/C myself before. I've also never had A/C that worked well in a rental, but I've been assuming they're up to spec and spec is shit.

The royal child shares a birthday with Colin. How did that only just occur to me?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Boy Prince will undoubtedly be named George, which sucks donkeyballs. Should be Ethelred.

This kid is just disappointing the hell out of me already! Wrong sex, wrong name!

Zenkitty - Jul 22, 2013 2:16:22 pm PDT #43 of 30000
Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

msbelle, I wouldn't. That's too much.

Oh no, Zenkitty! Do you have any way of getting in touch to sue the non-painters?

Ha! I have their phone number! Which they don't answer, and don't reply to voicemail. I'm done leaving messages; they know damn well they took my money and never did the work, and me nagging them isn't going to make them do what they ought to do. Suing them would be futile; they don't have any money. Except, y'know, mine, which I'm sure is already spent and gone. I hired them because I knew they needed money, and they'd done a good job for me before on a couple projects; I really did not expect them to just disappear like that. Oh well. Lesson learned, again; stop trusting people, and never pay up front.
