I really do love that sort of tangy metallic flavor that aspartame has.
I do, too. Somehow I think that's evolution trying to weed us out, though.
I am with Jesse and Jessica, I think it is the chemicals that I like, because I like no other soda, just diet Coke. I love that little tang- it almost feels (but not tastes) like eating a lemon.

Coke is also good for cleaning dirty windshields.
I imagine other soft drinks would be, too, but Coke is the only one I've heard of or tried.

Oh, I forgot about Fresca. I like Fresca and also the "50/50" polar grapefruit soda. But I am truly not expecting to get those things at my place of work (except maybe at the convenience store inside the hospital)
So I pointed out that the human body actually produces acid In! Your! Stomach! to digest food, and it's Way! More! Acidic! than Coke, and our stomachs seem to handle that just fine.
It is actually pretty bad for your teeth.
