I love my one Diet Coke per day. Also this morning, I was about to Snopes a friend of mine for posting some shit about poison in Mountain Dew... except Snopes said it was kind of true! But you probably won't have a problem unless you drink multiple liters of Mountain Dew every day.

Regular Coke over Pepsi, but Diet Pepsi over Diet Coke. Diet Ginger Ale is my BFF though. Well, it used to be. I haven't drunk anything besides iced green or black tea, coffee, or water in almost a month. Alcohol doesn't count. That's necessary for my sanity.

I am super annoyed that Costco switched to Pepsi for their fountain drinks. An icy cold Diet Coke with that soft lumpy ice sometimes was half the reason I was drawn inside.

Man, a friend of mine posted something on FB about Coke being So! Dangerous! to drink, because it is Acidic! and will Destroy! Your! Stomach!
So I pointed out that the human body actually produces acid In! Your! Stomach! to digest food, and it's Way! More! Acidic! than Coke, and our stomachs seem to handle that just fine.
Her response? "Well, it's still bad for you because of sugar." Nice attempt to save face, lady. Too bad it had nothing to do with your original claim, which could have been verified/shot down using the magical glowy keyboard box you use to post incorrect shit on FB.
