Spike? It's you. It's really you! My therapist thought I was holding on to false hope, but…I knew you'd come back. You're like…you're like Gandalf the White, resurrected from the pit of the Balrog, more beautiful than ever. Oh…he's alive Frodo. He's alive.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

ita, when Steph was jobhunting, I mentioned flexjobs.com. It specifically screens for jobs that are telecommuting and/or flexible schedules. This site talks about it and has a coupon code. It might be worth looking at and paying for, if only for a month. If nothing else, it will give you an idea of employers liek Xerox and Dell who offer a lot of telecommuting positions.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

And the pain is back. Well, gotta let the Lyrica build up. But getting through most of the day with just an ache was pretty good.

Yeah, in pain news, I have had two migraines this week, which is...two more than I've had in quite a while. BUT, I would like to say that at $15 a pop I don't deploy my medication as often/soon as I should...but when I finally give in and take it, damn it is good stuff.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

ita, I don't know! I can ask someone in HR, though. What's PM?

brillig

Just bought the DVD of Suburban Shootout,

The smell of newly-mown grass, the sight of blooming flowerbeds, the clatter of automatic gunfire…. Welcome to Little Stempington, a posh London ’burb where the ladies care more about turf wars than topsoil. Amelia Bullmore (Cracker), Anna Chancellor (Four Weddings and a Funeral), and Felicity Montague (Bridget Jones’s Diary) star in a wickedly satirical Britcom about warring gangs of vigilante housewives.

Wonderfully funny. Hooray for the Internet.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Thanks, Dana. That will be tomorrow morning's project.

Zen, it was a PM job. Let me find the link: [link]

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Won't keep boring anyone with my medical stuff. But one last thing. Just took blood sugar (which I always have as a precaution against overdoing). Even with insulin down by a quarter, evening (not even fasting) blood sugar was 117. While not quite as tight as before, anything under 120 is considered safe even in the long run.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

That's very good to hear.
