Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Wow, I don't even watch that show, but that is terrible.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My mind can't help but race when a 29 year old commits suicide. There's another part of my mind yelling "NOT YOUR BUSINESS" but still...that's a lot of pain. ::shiver::

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I do (for no reason I can elucidate, cause it's really pretty bad) and he's super sweet. Not that that means anything about real life, but it does make it feel extra sad for some reason.

It makes me associate him with a smile (well, that and a queasy look). He's easily...was easily the most charismatic person on the cast, IMO.

Oy. My boss is "helping" me with my job in the most unhelpful way possible.

Awesome.

Oh, how awful. Poor him and poor everyone who loves him.

ETA: Lee Thompson Young. I mean, obviously, but...

hip deep in pie

I have never seen R&I, but how sad.

Another 90s look: spaghetti strap sundress over baby T. I think Emily N mentioned that on Twitter on the weekend.
