That's terrific. What do you call that, a gifset?
Round one of dishes done. I need to rest before I tackle laundry and I failed to put the kettle on properly so I have not yet had tea. Gonna be a long day. The plan is to cap it off with a swim around 6 when the pool at my gym supposedly becomes the exclusive domain of lap swimmers.
Laura, perhaps he is training for survival in harsh conditions.
I really need to drag myself into work so that I can get prepared for the week. Maybe I'll go in long enough to grab stuff to bring home.
Despite sleeping WAY in, laundry is going, bed is made with fresh sheets, and I'm showered and dressed. Next up, farmers market, dishes, putting laundry away and at least a couple of hours of work. Joy.
I just bought an ear, so no art for me.
Anyone else go to a Van Gogh place?
Oh, definitely.

Well, scratch the Farmer's Market. As I headed over there a lightening storm started to sweep through. I pulled into the lot and they were all packing up as fast as they could.
So now I've decamped to Starbucks to work on work...just need to be out of the house. I had been hoping to sit on the patio, but not so much now.
Rain does put a damper on working out on the patio.
One of my parents' friends has offered to make a cake for their party, hooray! This is turning out to be pretty easy.
And I have successfully eaten lunch (pork chop and butternut squash, the vegetable I may never run out of), so just racking up the accomplishments today.
I spent a good bit of the morning *digging up trees*. Not big ones, but still.
I have so much more of that I should do, but I'm afraid I've done all that I can by myself. Our tiny yard is overhung by a maple, so there are now many several-years-old maple trees, in addition to all the upshoots and little ones.
