We have apparently reached that point in time where children get grumpy at their parents for doing all of the important communication through Facebook.

Sara's officially done with fifth grade, and we just got back from the class graduation party, which was lovely and fairly lavish, and required a whole lot of socializing for three hours straight.

I just went to the local government meeting for, as it turns out, not my neighborhood, but it was in the elementary school I went to! And was mostly about city-wide issues, so no issue being at the "wrong" one. I should have known that most of the questions and issues would be about the new garbage cans the city is distributing.....
