Did my easy three-mile run (I love that that is a reasonable thing for me to say, if still a little surprising) and planned my route so I would finish by the coffee bar. So now I know they close at 5.

Well, it's 9 o'clock and I just got laundry in the washer and dinner in the oven, but I managed to do everything on my To Do list without getting soaked. There is blueberry stilton and vinho verde in my future.

Argh, still motion-sick. I finally emailed the surgeon and he's going to write me a script for steroids, because it's the inflammation in my ear that's causing the problem.
I'm so happy I have podcasts and audiobooks to listen to because I can't read much right now, or do laundry or cook or walk the dog. It's really boring!
