Zoe: Yeah? Thought you'd get land crazy that long in port. Wash: Probably, but I've been sane a long while now, and change is good.

That's a gorgeous house, flea (and thank you Kat for reminding me to look at it). flea's taste in houses is pretty much exactly mine.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

No, pork, no! Maybe it was a naughty pig.

Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity May Not Exist

I'm stunned by how much gluten free stuff is out there compared to low gly (since they're one step shy of making apples caffeine free, just say on everything grain-related and sugar-related, stop making me work it out/guess. Proportionally celiac sufferers are a smaller group than the kind of diabetes that benefits from low gly (2? I keep forgetting), aren't they?

Doctors really need to tell you what normal poop looks like, how often it happens, all that stuff. It's hard to learn. Who knows if the person I finally broach it with is healthy?

And always remember to look at it before you go complain about stomach problems to your doc! They can get testy...

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

flea may want pictures of the kids to be restricted, though.

Yeah, that was my biggest concern.

Why is there not a pop machine anywhere in our big shiny new building! Why must the programmers resort to a black market pop ring in people's cubicles! Is upper management trying to be health conscious? Don't they know computer people need their caffeine?

Our wings are not tired.

DH made a bundle when he worked in the computer lab in college selling soda from a small fridge under the counter in the lab. He stocked different flavors on request from staff and sold the cans for a nickle less than the official machines. Only staff were in the know about it.

I am okay with pictures of my kids being public if they are not identified, so flickr public but no names/tags is fine with me. Thank you for asking! (You may feel free to tag Simon the Magnificent, if any of those pics came out.)

The Situation at work continues to be a Situation, and by that I mean I'll be working from home this evening.

I am imagining that guy from Jersey Shore is bugging shrift at work. And now he's following her home!
