In further understatement, this morning a bird used my car windshield to kill itself. That was not a good start to the day.

Oh, Lee, I'm sorry about the suicidal bird. I also went to sit in the sun at lunch time because it was too cold inside. Office buildings are weird like that.
None of my devices for telling me how much exercise I am getting seem to be much use in the pool. And I'm not even sure how long the pool is, so I don't know what my 8 (very slow with pauses to rest at each end) lengths ones to in yards or meters. I called the front desk earlier to ask and she said it was "Olympic-sized, I think 25...meters?" So I don't have enormous confidence in that.
