I have to figure out if I want to pay $10 to park tonight (advantages: shelter from 40% chance of rain, easy access to/from rehearsal hall, I get to leave home an hour later) or try to find street parking (advantages: free).
Natter 72: We Were Unprepared for This
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I made the unfortunate discovery that this place [link] is the perfect lunchtime walk distance from the office.
I foresee many more burritos in my future.

My stomach would agree with you
I get to leave home an hour later
An hour of your time is worth more than $10.
Loved the house. It has off-street parking, 2 spaces off the alley behind (it has an alley!) Waiting on price analysis from our realtor, and mr. flea to gather his nerve, to write up an offer.
Yay, flea! Best of luck.
$10 to leave an hour later does seem like a good deal, Dana.
Fingers crossed, flea! It looked great.
I just resent the fact that the garage costs that much. When I started, it was $5! Admittedly, that was 1998.
I just found out that I will have a pension! The law firm I worked at in the '90s, apparently, has a pension plan. I had no idea. I get $129.00 per month once I retire. Not a lot of money, but WAY more than NO money.
