I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Yup.

To both.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I had a green smoothie for breakfast. It was tasty, but the real joy is the feeling of smugness.

Also, I expect that this one smoothie will cure all my ills.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

TRUTH. I feel morally superior every time I have one.

Also, I expect that this one smoothie will cure all my ills.

Mine have not yet turned me into Wonder Woman, which pisses me off a little.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Mine have not yet turned me into Wonder Woman, which pisses me off a little.

True story from Ryan's fifth birthday party (which was today, yay birthday boy). A friend of his from childcare went to a different school. His mother was telling me about an exercise they did in class, where all the children were given a picture of a sheep. They had to colour it in or decorate it, and then write down an end to the sentence "The sheep is _____________."

Almost half the class wrote "The sheep is Batman."

And now I'm doing some notes for my subject on Financial Crises and watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Becoming Pt 1, to be precise). Dru just came on screen, as I realised I'd managed a typo. I'd put down "Subproime Crisis" by mistake.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I'm off to the Blessing of the Fleet ("Domini domini domini you're all Catholics") and general food fest in a ritzy area. My cousin David is running his kettlecorn booth, so I will get to see him in action, which is cool. If I see a henna tattoo both maybe I'll get my hand painted.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am cooking for the Derby party which may be just me.

I am also on day one of a fitness challenge called the WHole Life Challenge and many things on the Derby menu are on the don't list of food. This challenge is like a game and you score yourself each day, so I have worked out that sugar is gonna happen today. I lose a point for that whether I eat 1 tsp ora cup, so for breakfast I had chicken bacon that has brown sugar in it (but no artificial ingredients, so yay!). I have altered two of the recipes on the menu to make them challenge compliant and I guess that is part of the point of the challenge to get you thinking through your whole life about healthier choices.

I've got to start grinding the paint off the railing. Don't wanna. But I have a bunny suit now so I won't get as filthy this time.

information libertarian

I am pretty sure sarameg's bunny suit is not zip up the front fleece with ears, but I'm enjoying imagining her removing paint from a railing like that.
