That's how I saw it when we were first told about it, sarameg, but the way it played in the finale, nsm.

I felt like in the finale (which I agree was kinda a lot,) the reaction to the revelation was all about Fitz and Olivia's reactions and use of it, NSM her (outside of the whole DEAD SON mourning aspect.) About them trying not to be the callow selfish asses they are, using someone else's tragedy as their escape hatch. Again.
So yes, she's a being used as a tool once again, but that's the greekness of it. What does she do when it all falls apart? Call Olivia. She's trying to get back on the path to glory.

Yeah. Drunk!Mellie = super amusing, but such a fucking mess. A mess with a good reason, but mess nevertheless.
Oh, yeah, it was totally about Fitz and Olivia's reactions. Which is annoying.
THEY are annoying. It's like they're all the worst part of teenagedom. You end up rooting for the most adult of the awful, because at least they're not annoying.
I guess I am saddest about David. I like David the best, but such a patsy, sometimes. Especially for a smart guy. And Abby...
I'd like to obliterate everyone else.
Oh wait. I'm partial to Jake, oddly, but just because he's pretty without a shirt.

I agree with this.
ION - I am ebaying. I do not need to be, but I am. Given that I am currently a mostly sz 12, and am culling my wardrobe of all the sz 8 and much of the sz 10 stuff - what should I get myself for summer?
Jake was lovely in The Unit. Well, they all were.
I'm partial to Jake, but I don't like that he left with Olivia. And, good lord woman, who runs away to start a new life and takes her old phone with her? I still kinda like Huck, although only if he stays the hell away from Quinn. She's surprisingly boring for an assassin or whatever.
Lovely sight: dad out walking a large but very puppyish dog. Along with his teenage kids. Daughter was holding dad's hand and son, who towered over him, kept slinging a hand over dad's shoulder and leaning into him. They were talking, and when they saw me on the deck, waved and wished me happy spring and continued on their way. As they passed, son one-arm-hugged dad and I heard him say 'Perfect night for a walk.'
Now I want to go hug my dad. They were adorable.
