Just for this quote:
“If it’s a boy, buy him a completely authentic little Batman costume. If it’s a girl, buy her a completely authentic little Batman costume. The desire to be Batman is non-gender-specific.”
how often does the fire inspector come?
Apparently at random. They will charge our school $800 per day from June 8th (the date of our first citation, which I did not get notified about)to whenever they catch me.
Our building supervisor told me to keep propping my door until he gets back to me because he thinks it is ridiculous. She is actually right that regulations state that a fire door cannot be propped, but I don't think every single office door in the building (except the newly remodled floor) should be a fire door. Of course, I looked like a crazy person yesterday checking everyone's door!
Once walking Lucy in DC we ran into the woman who ran the day care and Lucy about flipped her shit, doing somersaults and acrobatics on the sidewalk. If I had any doubts about daycare they were gone then.
yesterday my student and I were told we could not have our doors to our offices open (by the fire inspector) even when we were inside of them
I would've asked if it was okay to open the door to enter and exit the room.
Teppy, I've contacted my crafty person about the B and am waiting to hear back.
Debet and Hil, props does indeed have a mechanical typewriter. What now?
I'm typed something, so I hope they're okay on the typing front.

Apparently, if there is a random fire in my office, this will contain it. However, I am pretty sure that if there is a random fire in my office the first thing I will do is open the door to leave....

Thanks!
Aurelia, Ginger is correct. Thanks to both of you. And everyone else who has helped. It's been quite the experience (All I have left, I think, is getting hug pictures and a shitton of video editing). Once all of this is over, I will be posting the photos and videos that we made.

In at least one hospital, you're supposed to close patients into their rooms, since all the doors are highly rated for fireproofness.
