Ok, I might have to try the Nasacort. So far I've tried Claritin, Allegra, and Benedryl, all in combination with Advil when the sinus headache part is bad. Benedryl "works" if by works you mean knocks me out cold. But it leaves me with a lingering hangover the next day, and if it fails to knock me out, makes me a fidgeting, agitated mess of a person unable to sleep. Although that was a generic formulation, so maybe it was just that mix. Claritin has probably worked best for the combination of functional and yet medicated, but it seems to wear off long before the advertised 24 hours.

This is like Misheard Lyrics! I love it.
When I did phone support, I would just blank on someone's name as soon as they gave it. It just failed to store my short-term memory.

This is what I'm talking about! 20-year-old Jesse: "I have a.... Ho Dicky Doda on the line for you?"
shrift, you can ask Cass about the time I thought the lyric "it's hard to turn a wrench on a rusty bolt" was "it's hard to turn a ranch on a rusty bull." Good times.
Love the misheard names. NPR is great for that.
Also love finishing the to-do list from the 80s, omg.
