Wesley: I stabbed you. I should apologize for that. But I'm honestly not sure how. I think it'll just be awkward. Gunn: Good call. Wesley: Okay.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I wish I had more wine!

That's great, Hil.

OK, I just heard a really appropriate quote on (Monday's) Colbert [link] :

Life is mostly froth and bubble, Two things stand like stone, Kindness in another's trouble, Courage in your own.

Jesse, I hope things work out.

Sara is definitely a good egg. Though I love the phrase polish my halo.

So it's day two of school. I have 170 papers to score. I'm sitting here thinking DO NOT WANT. I am going to give myself permission to surf for 2 more minutes then I'm going to knock out 45 minutes of scoring, then rest.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I think we've decided that we might look suspicious being strangers bringing homemade baked goods to a group that works with prisoners, so we're bringing the cookies to the people who volunteer at the animal shelter instead.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

There is a reason I divorced KCD. OMG, he can be infurriating. CJ's car wouldn't start today. I though he was in our parking lot when he was actually at the store. I happened to be on the phone with KCD at the time I got the text, so I mentioned it and KCD told me to tell CJ to contact B (his wife). It was her car and she knows its secrets. I'm in the middle of work so I pass on the message and get back into work. Then I get a call that B is on the way over to CJ and do I know why. No... Then I get a call asking if I'm waiting for AAA with CJ. No... Then I get a call about something else, I forget exactly. So I give up, hop in the car with my computer and head over to the store. As I'm going I get a call asking me why I let B go to get CJ a new battery. Ummm, I had no clue, I thought they were calling AAA. O.M.F.G. Dude. I was so frustrated I was in tears by the time I got to the store. I finally found CJ and B, they were just finishing hooking up the new battery. She tells me to ignore KCD and that he is talking out his ass. Which I know, but man, he can still push my buttons sometimes. And as we are talking, KCD drives up. WTF? Why? He gives CJ a lecture about not driving his car just to go to the store. Cause if he had driven anywhere else, the battery wouldn't have died?? Then KCD was all smiles to B and ignored me (which is just fine) and he left. Again, WTF? Why?

Never mind I worked 48 hours over 4 days last week and I have 38 hours in already this week. The rifle is still an ongoing issue. I am out of spoons. And yes, I have two fingers of whiskey in hand right now. AIFG.

Oh, Suzi, I'm so sorry. It sounds frustrating to find yourself continually dealing with the things that made you nuts in the first place.

I have scored 23 papers in an hour. I have 13 more for this class and another 5 periods to go still. The difficulty is I'm using a rubric with about 18 categories that need to be scored in each category. It's tiring to spend more time thinking about this. Much easier to give it a holistic score. But I'm learning some cool things about the ideas in the paper that are drowned out by a lack of ability to use evidence and some crappy grammar.
