I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I think I am joining my local rec center. It's super cheap compared to a gym and I could possibly afford personal training then.

Maybe I can go today at lunch and register.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

msbelle, I belong to a community rec center, and it is super cheap and I love it. t edit It's definitely bare-bones compared to a gym -- it has an indoor track; a "fitness room" with a few bikes, a few ellipticals, a few treadmills, and various weight machines and free weights; and an aerobics/fitness class room -- but that's really all I need. A fancy gym with a pool and a sauna would be nice, but I am cheap as hell AND the rec center is 3 minutes from my house. Proximity is really important, because if it's too far out of my way, I won't go.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Everything Suits!Jessica wears is fancy clothes for me. Some of it even 5th dateworthy.

Even Olivia Pope relaxes at the office a little.

I would really like a pool, but my rec center doesn't have one either. I don;t zen out walking or on a machine like I think I would running or swimming. I think I might work up to being able to run, but not yet.

I have a friend nearby who is going to the rec center and I think it will be good for both of us to have someone to go with and be accountable to.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, location would be my biggest barrier. After time. I just want to sit down by the time I get home from work! And I'm not getting up any earlier, either. But I will start walking part-way home regularly now that it's nice.

That is nice. Didn't you already decide on a sofa?

I did! But am holding off on buying anything until I can go see a similar but slightly cheaper one in person. That Alicia one is too big for me anyway.

Oh man, me too! That's why I packed a gym bag and went straight to the gym from work, because if I stopped at home to change, I wouldn't go back out the door. No way.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

All of this does make me think I should join the $10/month gym right at the subway station.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That sounds like a deal.

Tep's way is my way, although taking the dog running also works for me (lately, better than going to the gym) because HE REALLY WANTS TO GO FOR THAT RUN! If there was a doggy daycare right next to the gym, that would be ideal.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Wardrobe-wise, right now I'm thinking Jessica from Suits, but maybe that's just because I watched it yesterday. And only if my figure were way more Gina Torres-ish.

Olivia Pope.

I like Kalinda's wardrobe, but I'd also love Alicia's, though hers tends to be short on casual clothes, and I have zero need for that many suits. So, can I have both? :)
