I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I am also really grateful to have discovered the scary finger shoes. They make me feel so sproingy! Like (I think it was) the beginning of Dandelion Wine with the wonderful description of how magical new shoes are. If that is all in my head, I am okay with that.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ahhhhh! Don't speak of the fingertoes!

(My sister is now evaluating her writing the paper, so she and her friend/colleague can present at the conference.)

Kalinda's wardrobe is totally the one I want, though it wouldn't really suit my looks or my lifestyle. I am not sure where they are going with her right now, but I am interested to find out. I feel like I almost get what's going on with her, but last time I thought I did (when her ex-husband was in town ) I think the text eventually nixed my understanding.

I adore that AMC show that Alicia was marathoning from her Bed of Depression.

Was that the same show she was watching with her daughter with The Wire music? I totally missed it this week.

Yeah, I think so. The white hats with black linings, etc. really spoke to me

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Wardrobe-wise, right now I'm thinking Jessica from Suits, but maybe that's just because I watched it yesterday. And only if my figure were way more Gina Torres-ish.

From The Good Wife, come to find out, I want Alicia's sofa

That is nice. Didn't you already decide on a sofa?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I think I am joining my local rec center. It's super cheap compared to a gym and I could possibly afford personal training then.

Maybe I can go today at lunch and register.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

msbelle, I belong to a community rec center, and it is super cheap and I love it. t edit It's definitely bare-bones compared to a gym -- it has an indoor track; a "fitness room" with a few bikes, a few ellipticals, a few treadmills, and various weight machines and free weights; and an aerobics/fitness class room -- but that's really all I need. A fancy gym with a pool and a sauna would be nice, but I am cheap as hell AND the rec center is 3 minutes from my house. Proximity is really important, because if it's too far out of my way, I won't go.

Everything Suits!Jessica wears is fancy clothes for me. Some of it even 5th dateworthy.

Even Olivia Pope relaxes at the office a little.
