There's more than one way to skin a cat. And I happen to know that's factually true.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Terrible stories, so sad! Another reason I tell Gray Cat why he can't go outside anymore. Why don't people control their dogs?

I think I'm going to try that Couch to 5k thing.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, those incidents of dog-related violence are heartbreaking.

Couch to 5K reminded me I hated running, and that the kinds of fit I've been have had nothing to do with running. Power to you who do.

So I never eat taffy. Hell, I don't eat candy much.

Guess who yanked 2 crowns out of her mouth this morning after trying a coworkers' saltwater taffy for the first time in ages and ages and ages? (Nope, still don't find it all that noteworthy.)

Headed to the dentist this afternoon.

Didn't and doesn't hurt. But, you know. Didn't really want to start the week off like this.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Ugh, sarameg.

I have discovered (via Couch-to-5K (with zombies (who like carrot brains))) that I actually like running. Who knew? Kinda wish I'd had some kind of coaching on form and whatnot back in high school or even earlier. Although I did not run yesterday due to intestinal ick. Debating whether I should try today...I am at work, but I'm sticking to clear liquids and that is just not a lot of calories. It'll have to be a game time decision.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

OMG, I am digging out so slowly here. We are having a lot of email problems, which helps me as not so many new ones are coming through.....Also, why do I now feel kind of sick to my stomach? I've been home for days!

Botox today! I'm optimistic about this, not least of all because homeslice is largely avoiding the face (hairline in back and front) so I get to keep my expressiveness. I reel again at the feeling of giving that up when it's part of my job --it was bad enough when I was stone faced teaching. Cruel market.

I can't really say I LIKE running...I like when I can say I have run? I like after a race being like 'woohoo, i just ran"? Or beforehand when there's a bazillion people milling around all excited?

t, good luck--I find it so weird how sometimes I can go and do the exact same workout (usually elliptical) and yet do SO differently on it--Friday I had a hard time slogging through it and my heartrate kept going way too high, and Saturday it was super easy and my heartrate wouldnt' go high enough! Bizarre, body.

I set my alarm for 7:30AM, and only remembered as it went off that I had a 7:30AM meeting. Oops. Luckily I work from home, so raced upstairs, logged in, called in on my cell, and then went downstairs to make my coffee. Don't have any food, so will have to hope this is not a 2.5 hour meeting as promised.
