I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm not gonna look at your links while at work, because reasons, but that seems like a legitimate use of tumblr.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

That mural is...special. I can't see the other link - it doesn't load the image. But my retinas are burned by the first one, so that is ok.

Lunch has been eatten.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

The second one isn't scary, just randomly hilarious. Or hilariously random, courtesy of trash night.

In a way I'm not surprised, and I'm also relieved to not have to worry about keeping her in line. And the ED was super displeased about her Friday stunt and was probably going to sack her himself. Intern will stay unpaid because that's how she was hired, and I'd like to get another body on staff. Intern is a jewel, though. Every day I want hug her for how awesome and invested she is.

brillig

I was just on the Weather Channel's website and saw a headline for hurricane forecast for the year. This is highly relevant to my interests so I looked at it. It said it was predicted to be lower than average, and without thinking I did a double thumbs up to my computer monitor. Very odd. I'm all for mild storm seasons, but I don't normally do double thumbs ups.

Our wings are not tired.

Yeah, I am all for a mild hurricane season. I have been worried with the extreme weather the rest of the country has had that we were next. We have been fortunate the last few years, but we got hammered in 2004-2005.

Well, Gary got the phone working.(I guess the battery had gotten out of place or something.)

On the down side, my folks just told me my uncle went into hospice care. Fuck cancer.

I'm so sorry, Sheryl. Does he live near you?

He lives in Connecticut. It could be anywhere from two weeks to two months. I don't even know if I'll be able to go to the funeral.
