Man, you just get darker and darker, and the weird thing is, your aura? Beige.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Does he have a bad taste in his mouth too?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Good morning, Natter! I am sitting on the beach at a sort of run down resort in Haiti. Needless to say, it's amazing. I went to bed early yesterday after a long day out and about, so now am up early and taking advantage of the wifi. Good times.

Definitely wins over my morning: woke up to discover a huge gross blister on my forearm. Apparently I need to replace my micro-heat pack because it sprung leaks and steam-burned me in a couple places. I only had it on 10 minutes! And I didn't even notice last night. For HOURS (I had it on my wrist while I ate.)

Just call me Calamity Sara.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Any wifi connectivity from Haiti is a major accomplishment, I bet.

Our wings are not tired.

Yes, today I pick Jesse's morning over sarameg's. By a long shot.

How long are you in Haiti? We have a very large Haitian population here. Enough that the school correspondence has a Creole version sent home. My SIL is Haitian as well as a number of my basketball sons and the boys' friends.

My morning is slow. I have been working and playing on the computer and ignoring that whole get out of jammies and get ready to go to the office thing. I haven't even made a pot of tea or breakfast. Morning television, computer and comfy chair.

Art Crawl!!!

In my father's generation: one "n" (Justin) out of three surviving boys. There was another "n" - Robin who died as an infant. In my generation: Jon, Kennan, Kevin, Brian - which is 4 out of 8 . Also -that's all the West Coasters in my generation.

In the next gen: we have another Justin, a Jonathan, an Ethan and a Sean. (And three boys in that generation with non-N ending names.)

If you say "Let me know if you can't meet at this time," my default is to only reply if I can't meet at this time. Don't assume I use the same bloody calendaring system you do and send me put-upon requests that I accept the invite which doesn't work on one of the platforms used here.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I can't think of any Ns in my family. An S, a couple of Ys, a D. But we have no young'uns.

Jesse's morning sounds pretty neat! Better than sara's for sure.
