Captain Serious? Love the name.
While on vacation, I gained 8 lbs and have already lost it, doing...nothing. I only know because they weigh you when you go on the helicopter so they can balance the flight. Even though I'm not back to karate yet, I have basically been able to stay the same weight since surgery.
Even so, I'm going back to My Fitness Pal to start logging my food and exercise again. Not trying to diet, per se, just be more deliberate about what I eat.
