meara, once I'm actually living somewhere, I will take that under advisement (at the moment, I'm not more than about a month at any location until I graduate, pass my boards, and find a job, and there aren't any that are particularly compelling in my home town area while I'll be there)
I am all about the external motivation. If not for the Zombies, I'm pretty sure I'd not be doing 3x a week.

I have totally sucked at my fitness stuff since I washed my fitbit. It's stickers or nothing for me apparently.
Last night I didn't take allergy meds until two, so I slept past the time my favorite coffeeshop serves breakfast so my whole day's plan is now askew. Harumph.
Maybe that grump means I should go anyway. Their lunches are pretty good too and I could still get a latte.

I have managed to cut mac's hair and get showered. I did sleep in though and had weird weird dream.
Now waiting on mac's friend to get here who is sleeping over. Then I can go get wings and watch the rest of my tivo shows and maybe a movie on netflix.

Deb, I'm cofax on ZR if you want to friend me there. I don't play the game as often as -t because I'm running with my sister three days/week. But doing ZR I get the chance to do a longer run once or twice a week, up in the woods.
Today I met a guy who was escorting a big cheerful male GSD that was running loose in the park. I hope he found his owner.
