Deb, I'm cofax on ZR if you want to friend me there. I don't play the game as often as -t because I'm running with my sister three days/week. But doing ZR I get the chance to do a longer run once or twice a week, up in the woods.

Today I met a guy who was escorting a big cheerful male GSD that was running loose in the park. I hope he found his owner.

The chai latte was good. But it was packed, so I ended up sitting outside, and it was just a wee bit too nippy for that. So I bailed and went to Ross, where I bought a super cute dress! For 16 bucks.

I was going to go to the movies too, but it's looking like maybe snow, so I came on home to do house stuff instead.

I LOVE Ross for dresses. They have an enormous selection (at least the one near my Dad's apartment does), and it includes a lot of Calvin Klein, which fits me really well. Last time I got 2 dresses, 3 tops, and a skirt for a total of $100, which I thought was a pretty good score.

Speaking of shopping, someone needs to talk me out of buying these. It's a fantastic price, but I don't need them, and I can't imagine wearing them that often. ... oh, wait, I'm saved: they don't have them in my size! Yay?

I tried on a couple of Calvin Kleins too. They were gorgeous, but didn't fit as well and just didn't make me hop up and down like the dress I ultimately bought.

I keep meaning to go to Ross because I always find stuff I like there, but I don't think I need clothes right now. At least, I need to get a bunch of stuff out of my closet before i go buying more.

I'm actually trying to save my clothing budget for when we head to the midwest and there's outlet stores, but I kinda wanted something for Easter. I was really just looking for nude pumps, but hey.

So, I had plans for today that were all thwarted by my father's renewed freaking out (including trying to leave the house in just a t-shirt -- JUST a t-shirt), so we took him to the hospital, and now he'll probably be there until we can find a nursing home. We spent a LOT of time in the ER, but eventually got him into the geriatric psych ward, where they will try to figure out medicine that makes him not rage but also awake.

It was a weird relief that he was still freaking out in the hospital and again after the first set of drugs wore off -- msbelle, I remember sitting there with you when mac was totally fine again and there was nothing for the doctors to see. That felt like it was going to be worse. My poor dad was so filled with rage and working SO HARD to control it, it was kind of beautiful to see. In a sad/hard way.

Now I'm wondering about going out of town for work this week, but I'm not sure what exactly I could do to help, and I know my mom has lots of friends who will help her out. But ugh.

I'm sorry Jesse, that sounds so hard on all of you. I hope you can figure something out regarding the work trip, anyway.
