I'm done. I went to the grocery store to pick up a prescription and dinner. I wore my snow boots which are Danskos so the have good support but do have a bit more heel than I've worn in months. My foot hurts so fucking bad right now. Worse than pre surgery but not as bad as post surgery. I told CJ I needed help and after he did the absolute minimum I cracked, yelled at him and now I've given myself a timeout in my room.

Oh dear, Theo! Yikes.
Suzi, are you through all of your long list of items? It was surgery, moving, vacation....? I hope you can have a quiet weekend.
I was waiting for you to mention a phalange, Theo. I am sorry about the car, though.
Aw, Suzi. You should hardly have more foot pain after everything else. A time out with a drink sounds like it might be a good idea.
Today was a really sad day.
Hey, Tom Scola, birthday boy! I forgot to ask you if there was cake today. I hope so!
I forgot to ask you if there was cake today.
Sugar is bad for you!
I had shots instead.
Well, more for me. This is never a bad thing.
Yay shots, though!
Many happy returns, Tom!
THAT IS NO WAY TO CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY MISTER!
oh, you mean alcohol shots, don't you?
carry on.
Buffista pharamacist. I have some losartan that say "discard by april 2014". The reason it lasted so long is that they switched me to another prescript and then switched me back. There is usually quite a bit of margin in discard by dates for medication isn't there? It should still be at or near full potency true? At any rate since it is for blood pressure, better than nothing until Tuesday? Nothing is the alteranative. I'm now joining other buffistas in difficulty in getting presecriptions filled. Had to fight just to make sure I don't run out of insulin. And fucking insurance won't let me be proactive. If I try to fill more than three days before I run out the put a hold on it as "too early a refill". That applies to every medication.
Typo, they should be fine.
I've never understand the refill thing. I mean, I do, but at the same time, it's always better to have a few days leeway, just in case of emergencies, or especially if you have to travel. I think the only way around it is maybe to try one of the mail-order places where you can get three months at a time? Not that it helps with insulin, I know.
