Am moving into the panic stage. I'm still waiting to confirm a couple of things prior to submitting an offer and in the meantime am wavering between "this is totally doable!" and "OMG what are you thinking?!?"

Natter 72: We Were Unprepared for This
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Cabin! Woo! (or not, you know, I don't know your finances and whatnot but I'm fairly sure there's no need to panic)
I like that sweater! I do the chemical sheets in a bag in the dryer thing for dry clean only stuff a lot, and it seems to do okay, fwtw.
Ooh, park ranger in Yosemite is a sweet gig. Enjoy the cabin, Kat!
I went with my mom to Nordstrom Rack last night, we've been trying to get there since it opened last fall and yesterday we could, I might still be in shopping mode...
Deep breaths, brenda. (plans visit)
Remember, the odds of there being an underground facility below your cabin devoted to placating old gods through ritualised human sacrifice are really quite slim. Actuarially speaking.
Actuaries are so comforting. ETA: Good thing brend isn't a college student, their Old God Coverage goes through the roof, I hear.
I forgot about Pi Day and now I am caught unprepared. No pie. Woes.
I may make my family quiche for dinner. Maybe a key lime pie. Pizza for lunch counts, right?
I like the way you think, Laura.
Heh, it's been pointed out to me that today will have two instances of 3/14/15 9:26:53 (for Americans, anyway. We'll all switch to the month first notation for pi approximation day in July, right?)
ETA: And only after looking at it do I realise that that's next year. Time to prepare!
Ooh, I may have to do a pie run. Maybe that'll be my reward for not flipping out like a mammal.
I made salt caramel shortbread tarts for Pi Day. Hopefully I will not eat them all before the official baking celebration begins.
