Damn it! You know what? I'm sick of this crap. I'm sick of being the guy who eats insects and gets the funny syphilis. As of this moment, it's over. I'm finished being everybody's butt monkey!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Amy, my google-fu is telling me it might be possible with a combination of Kinect, an Xbox Live Gold subscription, and Nike+ but the description I am seeing is not precise and I do not know what all those words I just typed mean. So.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Two hours is a long time to start with! You gotta work your way up to that, right?

Absolutely. With the Varidesk (http://www.varidesk.com/) I used last summer, I started doing half and hour standing, then half an hour sitting, and so forth. Worked out pretty well. Having a cushion under my feet makes a big difference, too--you really don't want to stand on a hard floor for very long. (That's why museums and shopping are so hard on my feet & back, I figure.) At home, I got a carpet scrap and folded it over three times, that works pretty well.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I didn't know they were stopping the wii. Pity--it's the only gaming console I've ever owned.

I like Panera's chicken ceasar salad. The problem with salad at home is the last quarter usually goes ff before I can finish it.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

OK, I am home and got the VCR hooked up. I am doing the ESPN fitness pros workout right now. hilariously awesome. good workout though.

In finding the vas tape, I found 2 to toss and 3sets of books to tape to take to half priced books, so those things are out of my house today. WHEW!

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I haven't had trouble avoiding bacon at Panera. Once I learned to avoid the potato soup anyway.

Wii is discontinued? I wonder if that means I can pick up a Fit on the cheap.

I have a show opening tonight and although I'm not expected to be at the show, I do feel obligated to go to the party afterward. My aching sinuses and irritated throat have me wanting to huddle on the couch instead.

I'd love a Wii Fit.

No cash for it, so not likely.

We're heading to Yosemite tomorrow. A former student is a park ranger and has arranged a cabin for us. Very exciting stuff. The kids are thrilled!

That's so cool, Kat!

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I am the queen of salads for lunch, usually TJs lunches. Dinner tonight is roasted chicken and a salad. So much for eating less protein!

So tomorrow we are getting a tree cut down. Ai yi yi! That's both stressful and kind of exciting.

Oh Kat, how fun! Would love to stay in a cabin in Yosemite.

Because books.

I feel like the chances of me actually exercising if I could Wii Fit with you all would be better, but still not actually great.
